Chat GPT: Interactive Charts and Tables

Here's how it works and what you can do with it:

1. Upload your data

  • Make sure you select GPT-4o as the template.
  • Then upload the file with your data (xlsx, csv, ...).
  • Chat GPT analyzes the columns - all you have to do is enlarge the table.

2. Select a column

  • You can select a column by clicking on its name.
  • Type your prompt and ChatGPT will understand that you are referring to the selected column.
  • E.g.: "What's the average?"

3. Processing the data

  • Describe what you want to calculate and GPT-4o will create a new table with the new values.
  • No need for formulas!
  • E.g.: "Determine the InsuredValue by region".

4. Interactive charts

  • Visualize your data by requesting the creation of a chart.
  • Once generated, you can hover your mouse over it, change the view, see the legend, etc.
  • E.g.: "Create a pie chart to display total InsuredValue by state"

It unlocks a lot of possibilities in terms of data analysis. From formulas to natural language, really brilliant!
